Law and Order

Across America, crime is surging – not because we lack laws, but because we lack the will to enforce them. Radical, left-wing prosecutors are refusing to do their jobs, letting violent offenders walk free, and turning our cities into war zones. That ends when I get to Congress. 

We don’t need fewer police – we need more of them. We don’t need softer sentences – we need stronger prosecutions and real accountability. As your Congressman, I will:

• Fully fund law enforcement and increase resources for recruitment, training, and community protection. 
• Strip federal funding from cities and DAs that refuse to prosecute violent criminals or enforce basic laws.
• Back the blue by defending qualified immunity and cracking down on anti-police rhetoric and policies.
• Encourage tougher prosecution for repeat offenders, drug traffickers, and violent criminals. 
• Support legislation that reins in rogue prosecutors who place ideology over public safety.

Every American deserves to feel safe in their home, on their street, and in their city. I will always stand on the side of the victims, not the criminals – and with the men and women of law enforcement who risk their lives to protect us.
