Education

Education is not the job of Washington bureaucrats – it’s the responsibility of parents, teachers, and local communities. For far too long, the federal government has imposed top-down mandates, pushed ideological agendas into the classroom, and weakened the role of parents in shaping their children’s future.

I believe parents, not politicians, should decide what’s best for their children’s education. That’s why I’m an advocate for:

  • Eliminating the Department of Education and returning education freedom to states and local school boards.
  • Banning federal mandates tied to curriculum, testing, and gender ideology.
  • School choice – whether that’s public, private, charter, homeschooling, or hybrid models.
  • Protecting parental rights to review curriculum, opt their children out of inappropriate material, and be involved in every step of their child’s learning.
  • Defending free speech and viewpoint diversity in the classroom, not indoctrination.

Every child deserves a high-quality education grounded in truth, excellence, and respect for family values – not political agendas. We need strong schools, strong communities, and strong families – with parents at the center.
